I can thoroughly recommend Plumbing Care Services Paul Cunningham and his colleagues did an excellent job installing a new boiler in our house They were professional throughout They did a thorough inspection before quoting The quote was very competitive! The work was carried out promptly And they came back to check everything was running smoothly a few days later They are very responsive in terms of communication - answering the phone all times of day and night and at weekends. All in all very impressive and will be using them again!

I am appalled at these spurious negative reviews. Paul could not have been better when he carried out our boiler installation in August 2015. He made sensible comments when we talked through what we wanted and provided a reasonable quote. He worked quickly and efficiently and consulted us on any minor changes. He was very tidy in his work and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The system has worked perfectly since installation and I have just asked him to do routine maintenance for us. I am 100% confident in his work and would recommend him to anyone. Compared to a number of other plumbers I have employed over the years he is by far the best I have encountered

You will get a cheap quote from these people but you will certainly regret using them in the long term. Disappear when problems arise, which is not good considering how expensive boiler installation is, even when done on the cheap. BTW, my experiences completely concur with the experiences related by Annabelle below, so I believe this entry to be genuine and not spurious at all. Hopefully, these people will learn the lesson that DISAPPEARING WILL NOT WORK PAUL!! Chickens will come home to roost, eventually,

We chose Plumbing Care Services because Paul seemed like a really professional person who would do a good job. We had our Worcester boiler fitted by him, but then a few months later started having problems. We emailed Paul about this, but didn't hear anything so then a week later left a message on his mobile and texted him. We still didn't hear anything so another week later we called the Head Office number. The lady on the phone said he would call back that day, but three weeks later we still haven't heard anything. We feel very disappointed that someone who seemed so honest and professional now can't even return a call, particularly when we were left without hot water or heating after spending thousands with him to fit a system. We've given up on him and wish we had our central heating system fitted by a bigger company so that we'd have someone to turn to when things go wrong. We definitely would not recommend Plumbing Care Services.

We found Plumb Care via Google Maps search and ended up using them as they were local to us and they could come quickly to deal with a major water leak at our house in Muswell Hill. We had woken up in the morning to the sound of running water and to our horror the whole living room ceiling was collapsing with hot water pouring out. We would have taken the first plumbers to respond but as it was early on a Sunday morning we found lots of companies were not answering their phones. Plumb Care answered quickly and sent their engineer Ed out who to his credit was calm under the circumstances (we were freaking out) he turned off the water and then methodically traced the leak to some plastic pipework above the ceiling which went to our en-suite bathroom upstairs. Overall the job took a long time but we never felt he was wasting time. The company offered us a fixed price 'day-rate' for the engineer when it appeared that he would be there for a while, can't say fairer than that. They were also able to recommend a plasterer (not one of their own people) to repair the ceiling when the leak was fixed. Good luck to anyone who finds themselves in the same predicament as we did that day. Pray you have good buildings insurance!
