The plumber came out super quickly on a Sunday morning, calmly explained the situation (leaking boiler), and the proposed fix - then came back in a subsequent visit once he sourced the part for my particular boiler. A breath of fresh air compared to the many hard to reach plumbers I've contacted in the past. Highly recommended - especially as he was able to handle both the gas and plumbing parts of the job!
