I love a condo complex were my hoa fees went up due to an assessment on a plumbing issue. We have had 2 major issues since their "work" was completed but now more built up sewage in our building...... terriable!

I had an awesome experience with Art. This was 6 o'clock on a Friday during the Christmas season. He sent over Dylan right away. Dylan fixed a sensor and I had heat again. Great guy and very personable, the price of $125 was more than reasonable! I would do business with these guys again.
