Bad news turned good when Liam of FirstPlumbLtd, on a job for us under the house, spotted the badly rotten floor caused by leaking W.C & shower. We were relieved to have him fix this serious problem because we already trusted him as a pristine certainty. This highly skilled man did the whole solution (arrived at by Liam, wife & family) - removed the old bathroom, replaced the floor including a joist that had been cut for a drain yet not bridged as it should have been, removed the tiles off walls and floor, did new modern flooring, Wet Wall all round, roof liner, lights & storage units besides the plumbing (new bath with shower, W.C.) seamlessly to an extremely high standard. Nothing missed, everything integrates (he makes compatible continuities, there are no gaps) and we have left a decaying suburban dated mess for a bathroom in a posh hotel thanks to Liam's vision and professionalism. Transformative and painless are the words I use to encourage prospective customers.

Wife & I now say it is lucky we had a leakage on Boxing day because that introduced us to Liam and his company Firstplumbltd. His work ethic is pristine and consistent (does what he says he will do, keeps customer informed of developments) and the quality of work is high. We were so pleased by a radiator improvement we have just had him replace all the others along with the clogged pipework. We have gone for dual cell radiators as recommended by Liam and the difference is staggering. On a job for another customer he had to carry out joinery (flooring and joists) to deal with rot on a significant scale. It is typical of Liam that he is able and willing to go the extra mile like that. I have a large extended family and will encourage it to use this company if needs arise, as they do from time to time. Additionally, Liam is to do another job for us requiring one-off specialised skills on a toilet unit I modified myself years ago. I know he can handle this without off the shelf components.
