Work With Group

Our experience with this firm was very positive. Gerry came an viewed the situation very quickly and accommodated us at short notice. He outlined the various options he recommended. He fitted a new boiler at what seems a market average price. There were a few teething problems, but he came and sorted them very quickly. His communications with us were always courteous and prompt. Gerry is very enthusiastic about his area of expertise. It is a difficult thing getting a new boiler fitted with the cost not knowing the engineer etc, but I believe Gerry made the process as painless as possible.

I've renovated 3 houses over the last few years and Work With Group are hands down the worst person or firm i've used. I couldn't understand the positive reviews, but then i noticed lots of single reviewers!! I had Work With for a large house installation of a full heating system. Paid the agreed amount, but the job was never finished. Often didn't show up as arranged, always an excuse.

Failed at first hurdle. Some months ago arranged visit for quote. I had arranged to be in whole afternoon. They didn't turn up. Worst thing: they didn't even let me know. I contacted them to find out where they were: poor attitude, no apology. I thought if they're like that at the beginning, what would aftercare be like?

Gerry is friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. We had a problem with our boiler and underfloor heating. 4 engineers came out and couldn’t fix it... up stepped Gerry and he sorted it! Highly recommend
