Excellent customer service and helpful staff
Very helpful people, needed two O rings for a kitchen mixer tap, took the fitting in , they not only found the correct sizes they checked and fitted them in the shop. Would definitely recommend them.
The PCB totally packed up on my boiler 5am on the 4/1/19 , i found one on ebay from Newcastle Heating And Plumbing LTD and bought it at 7am and it was delivered the next day in Lincolnshire at 11am fitted and working by 11.10am . So a big thank you for the quick delivery and having the part as i shouldnt think they make these boilers now.Cheers
I was looking for Baxi pcb board and Expansion Vessel. I called Newcastle heating and Plumbing , they had the part but surprisingly, I FOUND THEM TO BE CHEAPER THAN THE BIG STORES.......Very refreshing to know that an independent business is looking after the customers rather than their coffers. I be using them again. Well done
