There is nothing redeeming I can say about this company. The employees and the owner are completely unprofesdional. Premier improperly installed my heating /cooling unit. On installation they kinked the drainage hose which ruined one of my walls as the water backed up and ran down my wall. They had been out 3 times swearing it was fixed. The last time, it seems the installer was unaware that the company he represented initially installed the unit, until I informed him. The unit was finally fixed correctly, and this company had the nerve to bill me. I filed a small claims case against Premier Mechanical in which I won. They were supposed to pay my damages and have not so far. I will be filing an execution of that initial ruling. Buyer beware!
Keith and his team are courteous, thorough and fair. I highly recommend them.
Tried to rip off my 85 year old parents when their furnace gave out. Tried to charge almost $4000 more then the going rate for the repair. BEWARE!!! Plus where going to leave them without heat for over 4 days in sub zero weather. Our contracter worked round the clock, over a weekend to get them up and running. DO NOT USE these guys!! You will be sorry!!
