I think Keith must have rang the wrong number (See 1 star rating) , I rang and left a message on his land line and waited a full 11 minutes for a reply. Service can't be faulted and because my boiler had gone the coldest day of the year I was grateful to be seen to so quickly. Definitely a number to save into your phone.
Came out the following day to my initial call. Prompt and quick. Would recommend
Lucky to get one star, phoned up on a Tuesday and was asked to call back on Sunday after 6 when he did his diary but he was out, left message with his wife and was promised a call back, still waiting yet. Terrible service not sure how he gets any business with this attitude, would not recommend this plumber to anyone for anything.
