Rob was excellent; explained the process and gave an appointed which was kept punctually and finished the work to an excellent standard. Would definetly recommend to anyone. Further update on this - two days later we found that there was a strong smell of gas coming from the meter. Called in the emergency gas people who said that the meter was missing a washer! Fortunately there were no accidents in the interim otherwise this could have ended badly for my mum who lives alone. So i have updated my review for Rob who did apologise for this error but clearly you cannot be too careful when dealing with gas.
