Called Drain Doctor Plumbing Specialist late one very cold night when a pipe burst in my home. Tom came right over, did a temporary fix and was back the next day as promised to put a more permanent repair on the broken pipe. Tom has continued to follow up, making sure everything is still okay. I would recommend them to everyone.

Saturday morning. Plugged up kitchen drain. Called Drain Doctor at 9 AM. Tom called twice to advise on ETA which was much appreciated. Arrived at 12:30. Everything running free and OK again by 1 PM. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with this service.

Tom is honest and his team does great work. We had an issue with our sewage drain which was misdiagnosed by RotoRooter. What appeared to be a $10,000 job was only $1500 because of the honesty and expertise of Drain Doctor. If you have an issue call Tom, do not call RotoRooter.

Tom responded promptly and was very fair with pricing. His solution was quicker and less invasive than other companies ideas. Tom and his crew arrived on time and covered the entire area and entrance way so we didn’t have a mess. They were happy to explain the process and even let us watch the work being done. Tom went above and beyond to help us and so far no more sewer backups. He was referred to us by a friend. Barbara was also helpful and made sure we were aware of timing and scheduling. She was always a pleasure to speak with.
