We have now used Flame four times- Bessie is excellent on every front. His communication (time management and updates on parts, etc.) is excellent, he is approachable, takes time to explain and show you the problem and will answer questions until he is blue in the face!. We completely trust him in our house- he worked tidily and efficiently among two small children, being considerate around sleep times and arrival times. Thank you Bessie, we will continue to use your for all our issues!
