Can't fault these guys. The survey was great, covered everything in great detail. The installation was painless, the 2 installers, Ben and Tom were brilliant. Turned up on time, had it done in no time, clean,a no mess,explained everything to me. What I had done: Remove old boiler, hot water cylinder, shower pump etc. Install new combi boiler in a different location.
I found Yourheat to be excellent. The initial online quote was a bit optimistic but the final estimate compared favourably with other quotes for the same boiler. The sales team were well informed and estimator Tom very knowledgable. The fitter completed the job ahead of time and queries I had post installation were responded to without delay. Slick, professional and personable. I have no hesitation in recommending Yourheat.
Wanted a quote for an ELECTRIC boiler, as a gas boiler inappropriate. In spite of requesting this they recommended a gas boiler. Clueless.
Tom and the team are great! They answer any questions and fix any problems. The quality of service is exceptional which is refreshing in this day and age.
