Arnie is professional, punctual, polite and so helpful. I was having issues with my boiler losing pressure and needing an old gas pipe blocked off. Most importantly to me - where a different engineer had immediately told me i needed an entirely new boiler for thousands, Arnie was honest in that i needed a part replacing. I am so grateful. Arnie was able to come out quickly and was so helpful, talking me through everything he was doing, tidying up after himself (even when I kept saying i could do it!) and was very patient with me asking lots of questions. Cannot recommend enough, i will be passing on your details to friends!
