I recognise good service when I receive it. Despite there being a fault in my Home EV Charger which was down to the manufacturer, Grant Store (GSL) never gave up at finding a resolution, even to the point of offering an alternative brand to suit my requirements. Communication was good from Jay, Neil and Steve. Steve came out at the earliest opportunity to re-check the installation. I don't expect e-mails to be answered outside of office-hours but GSL's customer service goes above and beyond. When the manufacturer eventually sent the part, Steve offered to fit on a Saturday. Another couple of days didn't make much difference to me and the charger was up and running on the Monday... after Storm Dennis had passed! I wholeheartedly recommend these guys to take care of your EV charging requirements. Mike
Fantastic service from first contact to fitting. Call centre staff very informative, 1 simple form to complete then sign online. 1 week later boiler fitted. Surveyor and gas fitters very professional and everything cleaned up afterwards. Thanks.
Hopefully get my new boiler in the next week
