I can speak for the answering service only, as I was looking for a plumber for mobile home services and they do not offer that specialty, but the woman who answered was very pleasant and even went above and beyond to help me get the name of someone who could help me. If I own a house in the future and need a plumber I will definitely be calling this company back. To me, a kind and professional greeting makes a huge difference in how I feel about inviting someone to work in my home.
