Wasn’t impressed at all, the carpet cleaner they use is just a genuine home carpet cleaner and literally got none of the stains out of my carpet and the second thing was there was a couple of things I told them not to throw out, I was livid to find out they threw away my £200 Soundsystem when I specifically said not to do the five cleaners that came in my flat And also I had a cupboard with my belongings in which I asked them to leave and they moved everything out onto my landing without my permission. It was disgusting to be honest I paid £500 For an end of tenancy clean and they completely Disregarded what I asked I would completely stay away

What can I say they are brilliant they have helped my daughter and have changed her life around brilliant thanks very much

Unbelievably shoddy and rude, wouldn’t go near them with a barge pole. They lied to cover their arses And after paying £300 to get a job done and it not being properly done they wouldn’t even Reply when I emailed them
