I have been charged £270 for service and what I received is definitely not a service. Engineer come around to tell me that my water tank is broken and he can’t fix it. He haven’t even touch the boiler. Thanks Sherlock for this information. If wouldn’t be broken I would not ask for your services. Money taken in advance before job. Tried to talk to them few times to get at least part refund and always informed I will receive call back but never happened. Now they don’t even answer my calls. They are thief’s not a plumbers!
