Quick response and excellent service. Phoned Douglas on Tuesday late afternoon and he was in our rented property in Aberdeen by the following morning. He fixed the bath drainage, bought a new tap & flip waste for me and replaced the old one causing the leak. He was constantly updating me which was particularly helpful as I live in North Berwick. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.
