Totally fobbed of by the lady who answered the phone. I had a home emergency and 'never before' have is talked to someone who was so disinterested in trying to assist me. She had no idea if/when her staff would be able to help me and simply told me to try somewhere else. Not sure what she may have been doing at the end of the phone but she couldn't wait to get rid of me!! Disgusted!
