I hired Rob to do all plumbing and gas work on a new construction project. They weren’t doing things according to code. Rob also had a poor attitude. They’re a shady business. I found another plumber to finish the job.

They rip the customers off. Overcharges for the jobs. Asked to talk to the owner about the charges. He wouldn’t return the call even after repeated calls. I will never use them again.

We have been using this company for about 4 years and would never again go with anyone else. They are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, and will explain what they are doing with extreme transparency. Highly recommend.

Will overcharge you. We discussed their rate via phone prior to the job and was not informed until after the job was complete that the rate was + $57/hr than discussed (i.e. $172/hr). It took 2.25 hours to replace our kitchen sink and faucet which fit perfectly and presented no issues. The plumber appeared to be delaying his work and could have finished the job in a much less time.
