Would highly recommend Gas Monster. They recently did our boiler service and fitted some thermostatic radiator valves for us. Very easy to book the service online. Friendly and helpful service at reasonable prices.
Highly recommended. Quick, friendly, efficient with good communication, high standard of work and helpful advice on how to maintain or upgrade (as appropriate) your heating system.
So expensive it was cheaper to pay the £96 callout fee and pay Vaillant £285 for a fixed-price 'fix anything' call. I had an F.32 boiler fan fault. Sent an engineer who seemed somewhat unprepared - he had to phone Vaillant to get directions on how to confirm the fault, and his voltmeter battery was flat as well. Wish I'd asked for a quote up front for fan replacement, but so many 5* reviews here I didn't. Lesson learnt.
