My bicycle broke in the countryside in the middle of winter and I had no way of repairing it, but Nathan was kind enough to stop and pick me up. He put my bike in the back of his van, gave me some warm tea and drove me home. While this is not about plumbing, I can vouch for the kind spirit and warm heart of the man and he saved me when I really needed it.
