AVOID!!!! Called them as had a leak. they fobbed me off for hours. all the while damage was being done to my property. very misleading. turns out they are based in essex and not local at all... they did eventually get someone to come and we thought the issue was fixed. we was away for the weekend and came back to an even worse leak from the part they installed. currently taking them to court for destroying our home

Shocking Service. called them for a boiler repair. they left the exhaust on flue not attached. so carbon monoxide was coming into property. it set off the alarm in the house. they have been reported to gas safe and health and safety and i believe they have since been reprimanded and disqualified. they need to be removed from here
