After experiencing multiple problems with our boiler, I called upon Thomas at TaP for his advice. He was extremely efficient, and had the problem fixed in no time. Having serviced and mended our boiler once before, it broke down again in the middle of last winter, leaving the house without heating or hot water. Despite promises to come and repair it, Thomas never once showed up, leaving us instead to suffer the risk of burst pipes in a cold unheated house. I expected better service from this one-man-band operation who claims to pride himself on reliable and personal service. We have since found a very reliable Dorchester company who act in a far more professional manner.
