Called company was told they would repair boiler without even looking at it for £170 gave name and make of boiler engineer called boiler old needed parts he was here 10 mins my partner paid the money heard nothing called them twice parts to this boiler no longer available apparently rude guy on phone .that’s it paid £170 for a diagnostic check apparently ,no paperwork feel totally ripped off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
