We recently engaged the services of J&T Dale Plumbing to replace my mothers hot water system and update her bathroom tap ware, at Sanctuary Point. The service provided was outstanding from the initial call to the completion of their work. My mother said ‘they were professional, polite and punctual’ she was impressed by their responsiveness and friendly efficiency. From the beginning, all questions were answered, everything explained and all assistance given (photos kept being shown to me as I couldn't go outside to see the problem/progress myself). Casey and Tom were very helpful to me and reassured me re: my concerns. All care was taken and Tom returned the next day to finish up 2 small jobs. All done, happy result :)
