Sales rep, Ali was friendly and personable, very thorough and professional. He set up the new installation quickly. Perfect. Same description applies to the install team. They worked nonstop from 9 to 4, miraculously squeezed all the new equipment in a VERY small, confined space and left the place tidy at the end of the day. Very nice group of guys.

Great service. Dustin was our sales rep. The service was Great; they took the time to answer all our questions, were available when we needed to reach them and were polite and professional. We even shopped around and they were the best price out there. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I called Reliance as soon as I noticed the leak in my hot water tank and spoke to a very competent customer service agent who took down my information and quickly set up a service call. Matthew C. arrived the following afternoon and was able to diagnose the issue immediately, as well as explain exactly what went wrong and other details about my hot water tank. He showed me what to look out for in the future, and got the tank fixed and running within 30 minutes. Matthew was exceptionally polite and thorough and helped make the experience totally stress free. I’m very happy that I called Reliance and would absolutely recommend them to others!
