There is the typical main entrance, garden centre and rental/pickup area. Inside is tidy and organized. The staff are very helpful. If you order online for store pickup, you can pick it up at the self-serve pickup boxes via an emailed QR code. There is a customer service counter, typical cashiers, and self-checkout kiosks. There is a large parking lot.

While I am a Hardware Associate at this location, I am also a customer. Today I would like to give a shout out to all our cashiers, from the Service Desk to the opposite side of the store. I witness great customer service while I wait my turn in usually small queues. Some may think I would receive special treatment but not so! Even knowing my name isn't special, many cashiers know customer's names, especially Merilyn at Lumber Check-out. Hoping everyone's experience are good. Cheers.

This is a big store. Nevertheless, there's always available a parking spot on the parking lot. Usually, they have what I am looking for, or a reasonable alternative. The staff is very helpful.

The returns deal is not well monitored requiring a 10 minute wait to get help. The location is off the beaten track so you might be surprised to find it. It is by some other retail stores but not within reason distance between them. There's a Costco a short distance away if you want to combine shopping trips.

This is my go-to place for my garden plants....I just love it here!...can't wait for the return of summer.???? I have arranged, through Home Depot, to have 2 outside doors installed in our house. After leaving my information, I was contacted within a few days, and a very professional, young gentleman showed up to measure and advise me re door styles, costs, etc. These doors will take from 10-12 weeks to build and I am looking forward to the installation. It was necessary for me to place a 50% down-payment, the rest payable upon installation. We have decided on a keyless system, to avoid any hassle involved resulting from stolen or lost keys, (yes, my husband had his keys, wallet and cellphone stolen from his gym locker).......
