when I called customer service I didn't need to wait for an hour and listen to the music, I was promptly connected to a rep who was very polite and attentive to my special needs. The appointment was scheduled at the time convenient for me. The service guy came in time and also was very polite and very experienced. He figured out what was wrong with the furnace in no time, fixed the issue and stayed didn't rush out right away but waited until we saw it was really working. He patiently answered all our questions. Great service.
We had a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed in our home and our installer's name was John Russo. John was a pleasure to deal with. He phoned 15 minutes before he arrived as a heads-up, worked very efficiently on the installation explained the details we needed to know as homeowners, and left the work area extremely clean! And he was a nice guy on top of all that. Two thumbs up John!!
It was great to get a free check up especially since our last water heater rusted through and flooded our basement. The person who booked our appointment was very pleasant and clear although I did call Enercare because I couldn't believe this check up was being provided for free. The maintenance person was timely, courteous and did his job quickly.
