My husband called him after finding his name in the local town paper after the other plumbing company I called came out investigated problem said they'd email a quote and 3 months later they still haven't gotten back to me so Randy was called Thursday came out for consult got the part Friday did the work Sat morning Awesome I'm so glad we didn't wait any longer he's such a nice man on top of it all
