Plumbing Medic

It was late Christmas day we had a Flooded basement. No one else would give us the time of day and told us to wait until Friday, Except these people. They sent a plumber named Kevin on boxing day, no extra charge. He even took off his shoes when he came in. Pure perfect service, no mess, he gave us a quote at the front door and honored it. He had to remove a toilet and snake 45 feet to remove a drain obstruction. Never complaining and being informative about how it was caused. Came by the very next morning for follow up to make sure everything was ok. These folks are what a plumbing service should be. And no, even though I am sounding like they hired me to say this, this is an unsolicited recommendation. You guys did a great Job! And please give Kevin an employee of the month prize. Every one else out couldn't pry their way out of their easy chairs.

We called Plumbing Medics when our dad passed away and some pipes had burst under the house. They came and gave us a very reasonable quote. Once the estate affairs were settled we called them for the job. I cannot speak highly enough for the job they did. It was not a pretty sight and they went above and beyond to ensure all the pipes were replaced and more!! Not once did they mention anything outside their quote would cost us more. They completed the job in a very professional efficient manner with some extra work thrown in and never went above their quote. I very highly recommend Plumbing Medics and will most definitely call them again for any future jobs!! We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us.
