Our water heater and kitchen faucet are on opposite ends of our house. Getting hot water to the kitchen took 3 to 5 minutes. I called Mainstream Plumbing about a product to recirculate the hot water. Colton from Mainstream Plumbing came out to discuss my project on a Friday, he sent me estimates and installed it two days later. Quick, professional and quality workmanship and reasonably priced. Their communication with us was excellent. I was given a time they would be here and they estimated how long it would take and they were on the mark. They were just easy to do business with and I highly recommend Mainstream Plumbing. Instead of 3 to 5 minutes for hot water to reach the kitchen, it now takes 3 to 5 seconds. No more wasting gallons of water and wasting time waiting. I couldn’t be happier!
I called Mainstream looking for assistance in running a completely new system for water delivery to my new refrigerator. We have had two wonderful experiences with Mainstream Plumbing. The first was when our orginally contracted plumber bailed at the last second. We were in the midst of a large remodel and needed the plumbing to fit into a pretty tight schedule of contractors. Mainstream was willing to to send someone out on short notice and keep our project on schedule. Colton moved our kitchen plumbing from it's wall location to our new location in a center island. Several weeks late, once the cabinets and countertops were installed, we called Colton again to get everything reconnected. After months without a kitchen sink or dishwasher, I could have hugged him when I saw my faucet turn on! Colton was reliable, prompt, friendly and very easy to work with. We highly recommend!
