We were looking to replace our gas furnace and install a/c in our home. I called a few other local companies and got bids, but R&R surprised me by offering good equipment (Carrier) at a lower cost than other heating and A/C guys. All the folks I interacted with from R&R were amazing. They returned phone calls, answered questions, and were timely when coming to the house to do the bid and preform the installation. Darren and JJ (and the other guys) worked hard, did good work and left things clean and tidy. I highly recommend R&R!!
The service man was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He cleaned up after the service and changed my furnace filter and checked out it was working correctly. I was extremely impressed and wish I could remember his name. The man that came for the annual service was not as efficient.
Replaced my old gas furnace with a much more efficient model. The technicians apologized, when they arrived to replace the furnace. They claimed that I got the B team for this job. Well, the B team personnel were polite, punctual, and did good work. The inspector told me the furnace installation was well done, and he said, "They did good work. Typical of R&R." Thanks R&R!
I had a new furnace installed in Jan 2019 and received notice that I needed to have the city do the inspection since it had not been done. I was told from R and R that they have the homeowners do it sometimes so they can pick a convenient time. I don't know why the installer wouldn't have the inspection scheduled for the day installation was finished.??? Very inconvenient for me to now have to take care of this 11 months later. I have had numerous furnaces installed over the years and have never had to take care of arranging an inspection with the city. I do believe they are a good company and would not hesitate using them again, but was very annoyed from this last experience.
Very professional and friendly! Our hot water heater went and we needed a new one. They took care of it quickly and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!
