Shawn worked on a plumbing issue when I first bought my house in August 2019 and did an amazing job. Then last night unexpectedly we had another issue and I had no idea who to call or contact. The only person I could think of was Shawn. So I messaged him out of the blue and he called back and answered all my questions. He came over the next morning while speaking to my home warranty company and fixed the issue quickly. Shawn came to my house because my kitchen faucet was leaking. When he came to my home and gave me a free plumbing inspection he brought numerous things to my attention that I had no idea was wrong. My house is 40 years old and a lot of the plumbing work was not up to code anymore. Shawn gave me several options for repair. I decided to go with the top option and get everything fixed at once. I got more discounts because I did more items he suggested. The work was very professional and he was very thorough and clean. He was very nice to my children and very patient with them and all the questions they would ask him. The tankless heater he installed is amazing and I would never go back to a tank type of heater.
