I am 100% pleased with this company. Josh was accommodating and very punctual. He came right in and got to work with my plumbing issue. I don’t even think it took him 20 minutes to fix an issue that had been sitting for months. He also gave tips on how to fix our garbage disposal if the blades get stuck again. I’m so happy I used his services!!

Josh is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He came and bailed me out on Christmas Eve and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He shows up when he says will and his prices are fair. I will be using him from now on.

Josh was home the same day of the call and is a genuinely nice guy! I was struggling to find a leak underneath my kitchen sink and couldn’t locate the source of the leak. Josh painstakingly inspected every possible location where the leak could have happened from and tightened the complex garbage disposal systems and its connection. Guess what? he charged me $0 for his service since and not even the standard $70 trip charge you see the others charge. I definitely have found my plumber for any issues in the future. I strongly recommend Josh!

Had a sewer line that would not drain and I have had two other companies come out and wanted to charge me for a new line and then I called Design Plumbing and he sent a plumber out and it was the owner of the company and he put his camera in the line and showed me were the problem was and what has caused the problem and with in an hour or two he had it fixed and the best price for this was unbelievable but he charged me$246 dollors and the other company's was trying to figure it out and then do this and that Thanks for we'll running company and a honest owner that over and done Thanks Joshua for a job well done you have all my plumbing from now in Sr .

Josh is a jewel! Great communication, right on time, knows his stuff and priced right! We will use him for ALL our plumbing needs.
