Exceptional service!!!! Robert went out of his way to help me fix a slab leak at my home. His techs are personable and knowledgeable!! They're attention to detail saved me thousands of dollars!!! They'll be my go to plumbers for referring plumbing service for my Water Mitigation company and my personal needs. Kudos!!!!!????????????????????

This was our first experience with Robert B's plumbing. Over the Labor Day weekend, we had a bad leak come up just outside our front door. On Sunday morning, we had about an 1" of water sitting in our flower bed. To have that much standing water in Texas in September is very unusual. Due to it being a holiday weekend, it was very tough to reach anyone to schedule an appointment, and we had no idea who to call for help. Robert B's was recommended by a long time friend of mine, and they did not disappoint. We scheduled the appointment, they came out, they repaired the damaged pipe, and we are rolling once again. The guys were extremely kind, courteous, and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the general DFW area for any plumbing or remodeling!

The property manager for my investment property uses Robert B's Plumbing for plumbing work. I have complained that their charges and description of work is unreasonable. For example, a tenant complained that the hot water was not working in the shower. Robert B's Plumbing did all sort of work, such as replacing the cartridge, only to note later in the bill that the cause of the problem was that the tenant unplugged the hot water heater. Robert B's plumbing charged me for all the labor and parts anyhow. The property manager also receives calls from tenants that the kitchen faucet is dripping. In almost every instance, Robert B's plumbing will charge me for fixing the faucet and replacing the garbage disposal, using virtually the same form language to describe the problem for a leaking faucet. I have instructed the property manager to stop using Robert B's Plumbing because I believe this company is untrustworthy, inflates the bill, and charges for unnecessary work.

I have been using Robert B's plumbing for 5 years now for two of my Restaurants and as well as my residence. Robert B's Plumbing has helped me in so many projects and disasters, recently he helped me eliminate a clogged drain issue which means he wouldn't have to come out as often to unclog drains which is really hurting him by reducing service calls to my restaurant which in return he loses money! But he was ok with it since my issue was solved! I also use this company for all my home pool plumbing & gas lines. He has a staff that cares about their customers as much as he does! You have a customer for life! Thank you!
