John P. was kind enough to wait for me to arrive from work. He was very professional & explained what he was going to do & the rationale for what needed to be done, which is important to me. He answered all my questions & identified important pages in the handbook that would be helpful for me. He was awesome!!

I would highly recommend EcoWater systems. They are reliable, put in a high quality prouduct and most importantly super responsive anytime.. even after hours if you have an issue or need help. Definitely give them a try!

Felt like I had done my research and EcoWater was down to my top three of potential companies. I deeply regret deciding to go with EcoWater. A family member had EcoWater install their softener and loved it, have had a great experience and no problems. For install, I was verbally told (my mistake for not getting it in writing) that $200 would be knocked off since they weren't going to have to dig to install. When questioned, Dennis told me that wasn't true and the salesman tried to call me "to explain" but at that point, everything had been installed and it was "too late" to change the price. They claim (which I have in writing, in multiple places in sales documents) that you'll receive a $500 Costco Cash Card if you're a Costco member and purchase through your account. Card arrived - $465 (yes, just a $35 difference but at this point, one more thing for the list of reasons I will never recommend). The machine installed had a broken component, it never worked from the start though at install they claimed the issue of not showing the digital count was not a problem and it would kick in. It did not and thus it was not cycling itself which led to a sulfur / chemical smell to my water. I e-mailed, then called, then e-mailed again and finally the third contact got a response 48-hours later. Then the clerk who called me claimed to call me two weeks prior but I told him I would gladly provide my phone records to prove otherwise. There was not a fast turn around on getting a tech out and the times were limited and not convenient. My experience with the technician was great. He was prompt, answered all my questions, quickly fixed the part that wasn't properly counting amount used, flushed the system. I drained the hot water heater, everything seemed to be good to go, smell was gone and the app and the machine were properly counting the water usage. Within 48 hours, 1/2 of the problem had returned. Although the machine was properly counting the water used and I had troubleshooted through all items in the instructional guide, the smelly water has returned. I wish I could go back and not use EcoWater. At this point, hard city water seems like a joy over the smell of this water and the trouble it takes to get a tech scheduled to come out.

Dennis and his team are very professional, considerate, and competent. We love the water - noticeably better! Happily recommend EcoWater Systems.
