We have used Country Boys Plumbing several times through our warranty company, Fidelity Home Warranty. Keith was promp , courteous, professional, polite and he did the job right. He called when he was on his way to let us know when to expect him. Excellent plumber. I highly recommend him..they give free quotes too..

Very happy with the service. Fixed the leak on the initial trip and then back to install the drain set to match what we had as soon as he got the part in.

This company does EXCELLENT work and is prompt on responding when they were assigned by our home maintenance warranty company, First American, to repair the mounting ring on one of our upstairs commodes. It was a very difficult job and he worked hard to ensure it was correctly repaired. I will certainly request Country Boys Plumbing the next time we need a plumbing repair at our house!!!! This company was booked through my home warranty. I was told that they would call 30 minutes before they arrived. Got a phone call while on a conference call at work, called back 37 minutes later, no answer from the plumber. Called HQ, they returned my call to tell me that they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment because the plumber waited 20 minutes at the premises, tried to reschedule me for 2 days later with an indoor water leak. I told them that wouldn't work and that if they couldn't get me in, I would have to try and find someone else, at which point the call got disconnected. I don't think that they actually hung up on me, but at that point I decided to call my home warranty company to try to find a solution. I then find out they've charged $100 for "showing up" and suspended the internal account. Thankfully my warranty company is taking care of me, but I'd be careful. The lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and earned that second star. A $100 trip fee seems punitive, and the way it was handled will ensure that I will never call this company again and will recommend against using them to anyone that asks in the future. EDIT: Read the other reviews after leaving mine, and I see a common thread in the negative reviews. To reiterate: I have no idea how good their plumbers are. I simply don't appreciate how the situation was handled, and I'm not entirely convinced anyone ever showed up. I think it's at least possible that he simply moved to the next job after not getting a return phone call.
