My name is Karen and I have a bone to pick with Del Air. My very good friend, your ex-employee, was just fired today. Why? Did he... A) disrespect the boss? B) refuse to work? C) conspire against company policy? The answer is none of the above. He got fired because his father, who also worked for the company, had to quit the job for personal reasons. And how did the company react? They fired his son, because, why not, right? Wrong. That is totally unprofessional. Without even giving it time and thought, you instantly fired this hard working employee. He came home each day tired out of his mind from a hard day at work, but he persisted. Your loss, Del Air! This young man worked through cuts and burns in the blazing hot summer of 2019. I am incredibly disappointed with how you chose to react. Whoever fired this young man... I ought to have a word with your mother, and ask her... is this how you raised your child? To get rid of everything good if one thing does not work out? Please reconsider your line of action should you come to a situation similar to this again. I am very displeased.

I have been with the company for almost 3 years now and appreciate those I work with daily. This is not an easy business to be in and requires a strong mental fortitude. The business is ever changing and they strive to be the best in their field. Training our employees is a main focus and helping the local community is their passion.

This company does not know the first thing about catering to employees. They treat them poorly and blow off the horrible treatment because of the “good pay” Aside from being a well known mechanical company in the Knoxville area, they have nothing to offer but disappointment and poor management.
