Michael Shaver Plumbing and septic

I called Michael Shaver Plumbing because the alarm on my 2 yr septic system was going off. They were able to get someone pretty quickly ... which, in my mind, justifies the 3 stars. By the time the plumber came out, the alarm had stopped going off. Still, the plumber removed the lid from the septic tank which upped the price an additional $100. All I really got for the $140 spent was the pleasure of watching a plumber move a PVC pipe in a septic tank. They didn't fix anything. They didn't really even give me a true justification for the cause of the alarm. Bottom line, although I feel we were overcharged for this call -- nothing was fixed or repaired -- I'd probably call this company ... if I feel I have an emergency. The way the septic system was installed, it's a real possibility.

Quick, friendly, and thorough! That helped me fix my septic problems and also helped me understand how to keep the system running best.

After a deep freeze, I had to call a plumber to repair some broken pipes. Mr Shaver was there quickly and fixed my problems quickly and very professionally. His employee was very nice to my wife. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will call them for future work as needed.
