The employees at Loyal Plumbing were not what I expected. They came to my aid when my basement flooded. The work they performed was done well. They were able to locate the source of the problem their first try. They didn’t even have to make a huge mess because they knew exactly where to dig. The whole process only took a few days so they were very efficient. This is my second time having to use their services and I would happily keep using them if needed. Thank you again to Loyal Plumbing! I would highly recommend using them!

We used Loyal Plumbing based on a recommendation from our handyman. Jeremy from Loyal Plumbing was wonderful to work with. Our job was putting in a water softener with a bypass setup. Jeremy did the job within the timeframe he thought the job would take. He was honest as he was able to find an alternate plan and only charged half of what his original quote was. We will definitely use Jeremy again when we have plumbing needs.

I’m a person with high standards, and this team went above and beyond my expectations! They empathized with our situation, which helped in a stressful situation. I know Josh spent more time than anticipated on the project due to circumstances, but they didn’t charge more for it. After this experience, I now have a plumber that I know I can trust to give me a fair deal without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Loyal Plumbing for any need you my have. I wish I could remember the names of the two young men who took out my old water heater & put in the new one. VERY nice guys. They did a great job & didn't leave a mess behind. This was my first time using Loyal Plumbing & I'm more than impressed.

This is an awesome company! Called and needed service and was able to get same day service. Very polite and knowledgeable service/technicians. This is a company that really cares about the customers. I would highly recommend this company and will always use this company for all my plumbing needs.
