Tim Sutphin came out today to do the heating maintenance. He was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining everything that he did. He answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Will ask for him in the future!

Tim comes to my home each time my maintenance is due and is always very helpful. Its nice to have the same familiar person each time.

The service as always was great. They contacted me to let me know that Tim was on the way and he was here in under 15 minutes. The service was quick and efficient and he provided some suggestions to keep it working well. I can always rely on Comfort Systems of York County. Highly recommend it.

Tim was great! Service and quality I am very happy with. Only reason for the 4 stars is pricing.... they did not have the part they needed to fix my system until the next morning, but since I called and asked for “emergency” response after hours (about 6pm), I still had to pay $258 just in diagnoses and a “trip charge” (not including any parts or labor). I think this is a little much especially as we had to still spend the night with no AC! I understand not having the part but to still charge full after hours price for something that was not fixed that night is a bummer.
