We purchased the plum pro lifetime protection and they are suppose to have assistance 24/7/365. Well called today and said no help for us until after the weekend. And we have no hot water heater working which is very difficult to shower in the winter. They did not care and said they can’t pull any thing out off there @&$ to help us. Then she hung up on us.

I had Plumb Pro out to my house to install new faucets after having new granite put my bathroom. Not only was Dalton professional and clean, he cleaned up after himself and the faucets look great and work perfectly. I would definitely call Plumb Pro again, their prices are very reasonable compared to other plumbers I’ve used in the past.

I used John and his guys in Charleston at my home there so I was really excited to hear they were coming back to Columbia around the time that I was moving back. Fortunately they did because I had a pipe burst under my house at 11:00pm on a Friday night. Standing in my crawl space, water everywhere, I called Plumb Pro and said I need help! John assured me that Dalton would be there in 20 minutes and sure enough he was. In less than 30 minutes, Dalton had the pipe capped and the water back on. They're the best plumbers in Charleston and in Columbia. Don't waste your time calling any one else. Just call Plumb Pro.

This plumber will come out and provide a free quote for your job, which they did for me. Here is what I experienced: Plumber arrived early, and I wasn't able to be there personally, but my wife was there. The job was to upgrade a less than two-year old gas cooktop. No parts required (Technician). Pop the existing unit out. Pop the new, customer provided unit in. Technician said the job would take 30 minutes. Estimate: $414 ($828 an hour labor only). I said no. Technician offered to "call my boss to try and get that price down a bit". They sent me an email estimate/quote for $350. My lawyer doesn't charge $828 an hour or even close to $700 an hour. Just wanted to document my experience.
