4 star average?? Are these family members leaving reviews? Absolutely awful service! Our home warranty company selected this vendor to inspect our water heater. The worker was supposed to arrive at 8am and slept in so he was very late. My wife called the owner to check on where the worker was and the owner said he was up late with his baby. When the worker arrived, my wife asked how his baby was and the worker said he didn't have a baby. The worker was spacy and constantly said he couldn't stay long because he had to rush to other appointments he was late for. This vendor was supposed to replace the water heater and after the owner pushed back installation twice (causing me to miss work), he texts me the morning of installation and says he's not installing it now since our home warranty is reassigning his work due to all the complaints they've been receiving from other customers. Absolutely awful and unprofessional service from this company. Our home warranty is no longer working with this vendor.

Clean ,efficient and knows his trade. Called him on a Saturday morning and he gave me a 2 hour window and told me to not wait at home. He called when 45 minutes away just like he said he would . Great company to work with

They were fantastic. Fast, friendly, cheaper than the estimate and they left the area cleaner than they found it. Already told all the neighbors

Wish I could give zero stars. Our home warranty had this company scheduled to come out and look at our broken water main yesterday and they decided to no show us. Didn’t bother to call and then wouldn’t answer calls when our warranty company tried to contact them. My husband took the day off work to be home for their ridiculous 4 hour window just to have his time completely wasted. Don’t bother with these people if you want the job to get done.
