Service was completed the same day I called with my issue. After asking questions/listening to what my options were, I ended up with a full water heater replacement, and Jamie made it happen. He went above and beyond from educating me on anything I wanted to know, all the way to cleanup and ensuring everything worked properly. He stayed as long as he had to (well into night shift hours), knowing he had a busy week and this would be the fastest he could help- which you don't find these days. The end result looks great and I am super impressed with the company and level of customer service, politeness, and knowledge offered by Jamie. I would highly recommend.

Darren S. was great. Super friendly guy, very knowledgeable, and fast. He knew exactly what was wrong and gave me options. He told me what would be best for me but also gave me a cheaper option to temporarily help my problem, short-term, until I could afford a complete replacement. He set very clear expectations with me and was patient when I didn’t understand. He was great. I knocked off one star because the dispatcher/receptionist told me she’d call the next day and would have to reach me before they would send a technician out. This led me to believe I would have time to leave work and meet him when they called. But no one ever called... they just sent him out, and he had to wait 20 mins for me to get there. No biggie, but a definite miscommunication.

I am very impressed with Darren! He is very polite, considerate, and definitely knows his job! He explained exactly what the problem was, how to fix it and quoted the price to fit it. He put his booties on before entering my house which I do appreciate! Benjamin Franklin, you have an excellent employee with this young man! I will highly recommend to any Darren to anyone I know or if ask if I know a good plumber.

The process was smooth from the beginning. Our 17yo hot water heater died, and the day I called, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next business day, where 3 other plumbers I called couldn’t get here until 3 days later. I was given a 4hr window and was called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Darren was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of the questions I had. The cost was a bit higher than what I was quoted by other plumbers, but I would definitely pay a little more again, just for the level of service I received. They took care of everything!

Micki was very experienced in knowledge about the shower heads and explained in detail that I had the choice of buying my own, they he would put it on for us, or he could sell us what he had on the truck. We chose going with what was on the truck, it saved us time and took the hassle out of the fighting with the Holiday Traffic and so many customers all around, just didn't want to deal with that.
