We had a pipe leak from our radiator. This caused water to come thru the floor below as well as their ceiling. The owner was fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I will call him with any future needs and feel confident in him and his company.
I hired GW Wagner Plumbing to install a new faucet and sink. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Despite running into multiple issues beyond their control, the two plumbers never gave up. I can not commend their determination and perseverance enough to solve the problem. I am beyond grateful they did not leave until the job was complete. The owner checked in many times to make sure all was going well. The new faucet and sink look beautiful! Very professional crew sent out to my residence. The guys were respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable in their area of work. I love the way the team worked together to resolve my problem. The lead guy was teaching his team as he worked, let them take on the role without screaming and swearing at them as I have seen many times from other companies!! Great experience
