Muzzi Drain Cleaning

Called for help with a heavy leaking shut off valve and the person in the phone made me feel so bad about wanting someone out there same day, he said it’s nit a big deal and not something he would rush for. I understand people are busy but the way I was spoken to was unreasonable. After I hung up the phone I started crying because of the attitude I got. I would never call for help here again.
