We had a clogged washer drain and called our plumber, who then referred us to them. PJ came out within 30 minutes of my call. He diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain. He was very professional, friendly and explained every possible scenario that caused the problem. I would absolutely call them again
Pat came out to my house and Un clogged the outside drainage pipe. Fast call back and decided to wait till the next day because it was a non-emergency. He charged regular price and was able to give me a coupon to save me a little bit of money thank you for your honesty I will recommend you to others.
I called Rooter-Man of Framingham around 6:30 on a Sunday night. I was directed to a very pleasant answering service, and Carlos called me back within 30 minutes. I was in a time crunch before I needed to make an offer on the home and Carlos was able to come over at 1pm THE NEXT DAY. Per my request, I got a call 30 minutes before they arrived, and Carlos and PJ (maybe TJ - sorry if I got that one wrong!) arrived exactly 30 minutes later. They quickly were able to use a camera to check all the lines, and could mark outside where we would want to dig, if I want to take that step in the future. In addition, I received an SD card with this video recording for my records. I was nervous about hiring someone with such short notice but I was blown away by the level of service. They were very personable and informative. I would absolutely recommend them to others.
I called Rooter-Man in Framingham at the suggestion of our regular plumber. I couldn't be happier with the work and the result. They were on time, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
They came out to address a sewage blockage issue. They snaked the blockage by removing the toilet and incorrectly diagnosed the root cause and said our first floor toilet had to be replaced. So we did that. Issue came back 3 months later. Got them to come back out. They charged us again for the same process, only this time the technician uncapped the main sewage line in our basement and saw that our septic pipe was sheared. I didn't get a convincing answer as to why the first technician didn't uncap the sewage line to properly diagnose the issue. They also re-installed the toilet improperly, so I hired a plumber to fix the issue. I called to complain about their negligence and bad workmanship, they owned up to none of their missteps. Stay away.
