This company replaced our well pump in June 2018 at the cost of $2311.76, and we were unable to pay this balance. We were told they would work with us as long as we made regular payments. We have been charged $141.09 in interest since July, so not making it very easy to pay our balance down. This week we noticed a sound coming from the well, and the pump is running non-stop, which is why our original one stopped working. When we contacted Kaufman Well Drilling about this, we were told that no one would come fix this problem because we still owed money and have missed payments. We have paid $500 since July, and are being charged an exorbitant amount of interest. Advise you to shop around for a well service that cares about their customers and backs their product and their work. Very disappointed!

Honest and professional. Trucks are clean, work is neat, and they treat you like you want to be treated. What more can I say. Highly recommended.
