Really enjoyed this experience, first off problem fixed quickly. The technicians were both very polite and professional. I had asked for an estimate and everything was explained and how the repair was going to be handled. Everything set up for next day. Was over and my leaky faucets were Fixed in no time. Thank you all again who made this so easy, from first call to letting me know the names of technicians Who would show up and handle the job. Also the office staff for keeping me informed on what was going on off site at all times. Thank you all again , will Tell anyone I know who needs pluming Work done to use this company.

I was first impressed with the call before arrival and the text with picture of my tech. Brad was extremely polite and knowledgeable about septic systems. He explained each step of the way. Explained the financial aspect of everything as well. He was awesome.

Came at midnight for my emergency when no one else would. Replaced my sump pump right then and there. Cheaper than average. Very nice and helpful.

The service was quick and efficient. Brad was super friendly, gave me all of my options, and was respectful. It was also very easy to make the appointment.

I called this morning with a drain problem. Talked to Kathy. She was very friendly and helpful. They were very busy, but were able to work me in their schedule. Same day service. Steve called before arrival. What a terrific individual. Job was finished in approximately 70 minutes. Give Roto-Rooter a call you wont be disappointed.
